We homosapiens animals have out grown all other animals on this planet. What ever could be thought unachievable once are now with in our grasp. Once Moon was the part of our great grand moms Collections of Gods & Goddesses character of story. What they never dreamed was that one day we will be going to moon for refreshment. Modern Science and Vigorous researches have absolutely changed our lifestyle. Science has provided our life physically more happy and comfortable.

However every North Pole always has South Pole with it, hence these scientific discoveries resulted in pollution of water, air, body and mind. We could see this in the form of Anxiety, Disappointment, and Resentment on the faces of our young generations. Loss of vigor, dry and dull eyes with bulging tummies, sagged shoulders and flat chests have become the prominent features of our young generations.

Though today we are Civilized and Modern yet unhappy. Many of us use Sedatives for sleep, Purgatives for Natural Calls though unnatural, Tonics for Vigor. Young generation are Charmed by and then addicted to intoxicating drugs, this led to the disgrace and self-destruction.

Desire for a luxurious, sophisticated life has weakened our heart. Human values declined. Stress and Strains from competition at our work place and rushed life has produced physical and psychological diseases such as Acidity, Hypertension, Diabetes, Migraine, Cancer etc.

The Question arises: How can we prevent our self this catastrophe?

Should we discard our civilized, scientific life and start living in Jurassic period?

A: Well don't burn your calories in search of a solution. Yoga is the remedy, its surest way to prevent from physical as well as psychological disease. Yoga improves the organ function of the body and improves the internal environment of the body. Yoga changes the person's attitude towards life.

Word YOGA has its origin from the Sanskrit word Yuj meaning "to bind". It binds our soul with the extreme soul "The God", it binds our mind with body. Yoga signifies the union of the individual soul with universal Consciousness or, in the language of the Upanishads, with the uncreated, all-pervading Brahman.

There are eight stages of Yoga, as suggested by the Ancient Himalayan Seer's. These are known as Ashtanga Yoga. These are responsible for the purity of Mind, Body and Soul and are path to unite with God.

Prior to practicing yoga asana, Pranayama and meditation, it is also desirable and necessary to detoxify and purify the body. Toxic properties accumulate in the body for a number of reasons. If these toxins are not eliminated from the body, one would not get the desired benefits of Yogasana and pranayama.

The Yoga Shastra has shown six types of techniques (The Kriyas) of internal purification. They are known as: Neti, Dhauti, Nauli, Basti, Tratak and Kapalbhati.
